Make a real difference in the fight to save the Gulf Coast by contributing to the Louisiana Bucket Brigade's Oil Crisis Map. Using only simple materials such as balloons, kites and digital cameras, volunteers will sail along the coast taking areal photographs of the oil's progression and creating detailed maps that prosecutors will be able to use in the eventual litigation against BP.
Volunteers will be expected to attend a brief equipment training and go out for day long mapping expeditions where they will operate areal cameras and use GPS devices.
